Virgin America Safety Video

Every time I fly somewhere think of this great pre-flight safety video by Virgin America. Pretty much every safety video I’ve seen before is horribly drab so it’s nice to see an airline go for something creative and funny. The animation was done by Wildbrain in San Francisco.

How Blood Vessels Feed Tumors

I’ve always been fascinated in medical animation. The human body is infinitely complex and its hard to imagine how it all works sometimes. To me there seems no better way to explain things than with CG. Take a look at this animation I found on Wired explaining how blood vessels feed tumors. Amazing stuff!
