One of my new favorite blogs The Usability Post wrote a great little article on the use of verbs inside of dialogue boxes. The words “Yes”, “No”, and “Ok” don’t convey what’s going to happen when you click a button. However, if you use verbs like “Save” and “Don’t Save” it becomes much more clear what action the button preforms.
